The executive-search firm, Sanford Rose Associates, has served the needs of clients for senior-level executives and professionals for over 40 years. There are over 50 SRA offices in the U.S. and Asia, with others planned for Europe, South America and Australia. One of the things that separates us from other firms is our process used to find the right candidate. We use an SRA proprietary search process to satisfy the needs of our clients in a timely fashion. Our Dimensional Search® is one of the more important parts to our search efforts. It takes us beyond the normal "job requirements" that most recruiters use for a search.

Our Dimensional Search® goes into details of the job requirements, the strategic challenges and projects the new hire will face, as well as the corporate culture where the position is located. Upon completion of the Client side of our Dimensional Search® Form, we send it to you and the hiring manager, if different, for approval. Once approved, we begin a search to identify candidates whose professional skills match your job requirements, whose past accomplishments match your strategic challenges and projects, and whose personal style matches your corporate cultures. Once we identify the candidates, we interview them, qualify them, and reference them before they are presented to your organization. Our process will not shower you with resumes; generally, we will present between one and three very qualified candidates. This process gets you better candidates faster, which saves you valuable time. As we begin our process, we remain in constant communication with you reporting on our progress.

All SRA offices have specializations in certain industries. In the Cincinnati office, we have two Consulting / Recruiting Departments. One concentrates on all aspects of High Tech, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and E-Commerce. The other concentrates on Life Sciences - Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries.
